Report regarding the visit at M&auml;llsten the 12/8 1946

The reason for the visit was to verify the statements &nbsp;left by conscript Haglund regarding a rocket projectile observed on 5 August.

The projectile was seen in a measuring instrument, 4m stereo that has 28 times magnification (from a special report). To control the observation a J9 airplane was made to fly past 4 parallel trajectories on distances on 20000m, 15000m, 10000m, and 7500 m

The results

1. H stated that the object the 5/8 not could be an airplane of any known or conventional type. He&nbsp;also said that it had no wings.

2. The distance at the observation day5/8 could have been 15000-20000m

3. The course WSW

4. The projectiles length was 15-20m. Its length in proportion to its thickness was longer than that of a J9.

5. The projectile was moving at a greater speed than that of a J9 at an angular speed on 7500m

6. The elevation angle was 3 strokes. The instrument are graded in strokes, and an elevation angle as large as 3 degrees couldn&rsquo;t be measured by the instrument

The visibility on 12 August was worse than on 5 August, when a smog was on top of the water and the sun was at an angle towards the instrument (at 11.00) Despite this the airplane was clearly&nbsp;visible on a distance of 20000m and had clearly visible wings; it can be stated that&nbsp;from the 5/8 observation was seen a spool shaped object on a distance of 15 - 20000m 15-20 m long that moved with a speed of at least 350m/sec on a height of 100m and periodically left behind smoke rings, and that it probably didn&rsquo;t had wings. The course was WSW
