Regarding a reported &quot;fire phenomenon&quot; on the 9 July, Mr Olof Edgren, resident at Sp&aring;ngv&auml;gen 24, Riksb, phone 25 79 39, has giving the following statements.

The description av &quot;phenomenon&quot;, a projectile that might have struck down in the lake L.Nien 10 km northest of Arbr&aring; village in H&auml;lsingland county, was very detailed. Due to a certain &quot;anger towards foreigners&quot; he put this observation together with that of an Estonian Colonel&nbsp;Lutz, who was living in the village Bog&aring;rden by the lake.&nbsp;

Colonel Lutz was living for a time in the village together with his wife who was working as a tailor. The people in the area was very suspicious towards the couple, mostly because one of the rooms in the apartment was &quot;off limits&quot; for visitors. The day after the observated impact, the colonel left the village, to Kalmar according to sources.

As it is conceivable that foreign observers could have been sent out in connection to the numerous flyovers by projectiles, seemingly concentrated in time and space to different parts of the country. It is requested that a further investigation of the above is to take place when possible.
