To the County administrative board of &Ouml;rebro county.

Referring to the circular letter from the County administrative board sent to the county&#39;s police commissioners on the 8th July 1946 regarding observed light phenomena etc, I hereby respectfully report that during Sunday 11 August a &quot;space rocket&quot; was visible within the district shortly before 21:00.

The first observation, that has come to my knowledge, was made by a couple of crawfish anglers, who had been at Nitt&auml;lven, slightly west of Spjutj&auml;rn, about 8 km west of Kopparberg. They, who had been next to bushy shores, observed an object, &quot;moving not far above the treetops - perhaps 50 to 100 meters&quot;. The object was perceived as a &quot;ball&quot;, emitting strong light, around 20:45. The observation was very brief, perhaps a couple of seconds. No sounds were heard. The direction seemed to be straight and towards St&auml;lldalen.

Acting parish constable Sven-Eric Larsson, St&auml;lldalen, has handed in an official letter of his observation in the matter at 20:46.

In addition, a letter is enclosed, signed by Martin Andersson and Karl Engstr&ouml;m, both in Mossgruvan, H&ouml;gforsbruk, regarding their observations of a &quot;space rocket&quot; around 20:50.

If these three reports are compiled, it appears that the phenomenon&#39;s trajectory has been straight through Spjuttj&auml;rn-St&auml;lldalen-Mossgruvan, all located in Ljusnarsbergs parish.
